Joanne Landau is a President and Corporate Director with 25 years of operational, marketing, investment and risk management experience specialized in the financial, real estate /environmental and related technology sectors. Ms. Landau is currently the President & Chief Investment Officer of a private real estate investment business, in which she is also an investor. Ms. Landau is a previous Global Fortune 100 Chief Marketing Officer with extensive expertise in traditional and alternative investments. She is a director of two private companies, RLJ Group and Kurtsam Realty Corp. From 2006 - 2010 Ms. Landau was an independent Corporate Director for public company Hudson Holding Corp, comprised of two subsidiaries in trading and technology. There she served as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and was a member of the Audit Committee. From 2010-2011, Ms. Landau also served as a Senior Adviser for International Equities at Mesirow Financial's $57 billion investment management arm.
